Hi.

I'm currently working on a build with the following specs:

Asrock z97 pro4
Intel i5 4690k - 3.5 ghz with a CM hyper 212 evo.
EVGA gtx 760
2 x 4gb corsair vengeance 1600 mhz
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD 256gb samung 850 EVO
Keyboard CM storm quickfire tk
Mouse razer deathadder
Asus VG248QE 144mhz 1ms
2 x CM sickleflow 120mm fan

OBS: No OC´s of any kind will be made.

The thing is that this is pretty much made of remaning parts from previous builds(corsair CX 750w is one of them), so while reading a couple of reviews and gathering some informations to catch up with the hardware I happened to find this http:// and now, as I've had no previous experiences with the corsair CX series , I'm unsecure about using this PSU. Could someone, please, help me here? Would it be a reliable PSU for this rig?

Thanks.

No do not buy a Corsair CX series - they use inferior Taiwanese capacitors that are prone to fail. Just about any power supply that uses Japanese made capacitors will be far better. Your better bets for that price range are the EVGA G2/P2, XFX Pro Series, and just about anything from Seasonic.

If you are unsure about a PSU, check this website: http://www.jonnyguru.com . If they say it's a good supply then you should definitely buy it. If they say it's crap, don't touch with a 10 foot pole.
