So not long ago i bought my GTX 970 MSI 100 ME and it was working perfectly fine when i was playing (the witcher 3) etc ... but i decided to change the MHZ of the memory and core with the (after burner msi) and (nivida inspector) and suddenly weird pixels and dots popped out of my screen. plus when i open any game it doesn't open, for an example the witcher 3. when i click play it just crashes and says error on the bottom right from nvidia, even when i play league of legends those weird colored pixels move around on the screen. i restarted my computer, uninstalled the driver and installed back still the same, i even formatted my pc yet nothing changed at all. so then i had my old 750 2gb and replaced it with my 970 just to see if it works and it did, nothing on the sceen i guess the problem was from the GPU, but i just bought it and it's really expensive to buy another one. is there any way i can fix it?
my specs are (without the GPU)
msi z97 motherboard
16 gb
intel i5 4690k
corsair CX 600W
ssd hyper x

If the clocks are back to stock, and its still doing that, you have damaged it with your overclocking attempts. You probably made an increase that was far too huge or ran it too long with those increases that obviously were too high. Do you remember by how much you increased the clocks?
Maybe MSI will replace it, I dont know their warranty.
