Solution
What gpu would you be upgrading to?

Here is a good unit built by seasonic and its not that expensive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207034&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Rhezner

Admirable
Get something that is tier 1 or 2 from this list and is at least 550 watts for good measure

these are all good motherboard options for overclocking a 4790k

If you are using this for gaming it is very imbalanced, a 4790k and a 750 is a bad combo and you don't need 16gb of RAM at all.
It isn't a great choice of parts for gaming and i could build an amazing rig in a budget. What is your budget? do you need an OS/monitor/peripherals? where do you live?
