My Motherboard supports 1333+MHz so can I put in another 16GB of 1866MHz and would it work?

it depends what RAM you already have in there. get exactly what you already have in there.

The RAM is DDR3 and CPU-Z says it's NB Frequency is 2008MHz and it's DRAM Frequency is 803MHz.
My motherboard is a GA-78LMT-USB3
I worded the question wrong, I currently have 8GBs and 3 extra RAM slots so I was thinking of buying more on the side just so I'd never have to worry about it;
