How long can I go without upgrading my gaming pc?

I just upgraded my pc quite a bit, and I wanted to know how many years I will be able to run the latest games, without upgrading.

My Specs:

Cpu: Intel Core i5 4590
Gpu: Sapphire Radeon r9 285 2gb OC itx Compact
Mobo: Asrock h97m Anniversary
Psu: Corsair CX600
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 8gb (2x4gb) 1600 (PC3 12800)

Depends on how demanding you are and at which settings you'd like to play.

Probably 2 years by normal standards.

Thanks, and I found that the r9 380, and 385's are very cheap on amazon, and I can probably scrape together enough cash to get one, but do you think it would be worth it?

The R9 380 is exactly the same as the R9 285. It is a rebrand.

I'm sure the 385 is a mobile GPU, not intended for desktop builds.
