Can someone recommend a good PC case for around $50 that has 3 internal bays and 3 external bays (doesnt have to be 3 but I want it to have enough for upgrades) and has good airflow and fan mounts. Thanks!
If you like black and blue here's a good starter case with the bays you want but also a side window for display and 2 spots in the top/rear of the case to mount fans or even a closed loop water cooler.
You're just 5 dollars away from the NZXT S340. Great airflow, good for custom case fans and good cable management.

Well the Azza is a much cheaper case (around $35) which the rest of the budget could go towards adding fans in the back. The NZXT S340 is nice but where are the intake fans? Bottom or Front under the panels?
What about the Corsair 200R? The case only has one intake fan but has quite a few "grates" on the side and top which would allow you to add up to 8 fans, probably using a few in the front for intake/ 2 on the side for intake to cool the gpu/cpu and then two on top with the 1 on the rear for exhaust. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-200r
I'll nominate the Silverstone RL04B. You can see the case and its specs here: http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=389. You want airflow and fan mounts? $45.73 through Amazon.
