How to remove CM 690 II Advanced Casing 3.5inch column lower racks?

How can I remove the bottom racks of the 3.5 hard disk area (near front fan)? I see some people only have top 2 layer of hard disk 3.5 rack. My casing the 3.5 hard disk metal rack column is a whole piece from bottom to top. I would like to remove the hard disk metal rack column bottoms layers and put 2 bottom fans like what I see in this photo http://i1261.photobucket.com/albums/ii582/stew50/20120729_153125.jpg

Please teach me how.

The best solution in that link mentioned a link and it goes to a broken link and I cannot find the manual with pics. I would appreciate if there is some video or pictures guide. (Sorry, I am really a noob). The solution says "Then pull the cage forward from each side." I do not know how to do it.
