so now i'm going to build a gaming pc and i was really confused about the type of the ram and speed of the ram,is a higher speed means better performance and which is better G.skill RipjawsX or Corsair Vengeance Pro
so here are my choices
G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR3 1866 CL9 1.5v
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR3 1866 CL9 V1.5
G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR3 2133 CL9 1.6v
the PC SPECS:
Processor:Intel Core I7-4790K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 4.0GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor
Motherboard:Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97 Socket 1150 Motherboard
Video graphic card:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming 6GB GDDR5

i heard that there's a big diff between ram types for example that kingston is cheaper than Corsair Vengeance and G.skill RipjawsX and they are much better than kingston

Honestly..... for 95% of the time..... no, it really doesn't make much difference in performance. What you want is reliability, and any of the brands mentioned already are going to give you GOOD product. I always buy whichever is on sale that day.

If they're all the same price, I would probably pick either GSkill or Crucial.
