CPU temp 45c-50?

so im downloading a game on steam and browsing the web when I realized my CPU was around 45c. is that normal?

If your cpu is being utilized then it is normal. If it is at idle then you have high idle temps.

hey I noticed it was hitting 54-56c while playing CS:GO I had the CPU running at 3.5ghz with turbo, and the GPU down clocked all the way

Your cpu temps is fine. You are running a game so temperature is expected to go up. GPU may not be using all its power to run the game.

The temps you have mentioned are nothing to worry about.
