Hello, I recently upgraded to windows 10 because I am really invested into staying up to date with these sort of things. Recently, playing games such as League of Legends and Hearthstone causes graphical issues such as the screen going black for a moment before it returns to the game. This has recently started happening to me and I would like a fix because it's irritating to try and play games when my screen constantly blinks black and I cannot see what happens for a second.

Processor: Intel Core i5-4570T
RAM:4GB RAM
Im using Intel HD 4600 graphics version 10.18.15.4256
My PC does have an nvidia 740A that is not currently being used.
I don't know what else to list. I'm new.
