i bought some new ram went to the crucial website ran the memory software which shows all your compatible ram took out the old sticks put in the new sticks and nothing just black screen all my fans in my computer go to like max tons of beeps tried swapping them and even just one at a time and still no good maybe there is something in bios i can switch too get the ram to work or maybe i need a bios update not sure but does anyone have any idea what i should do
got a intel core 2 quad q9500 runs at 2.83ghz with a gtx 570 and right now has 4gb of ddr3 pc3-8500f bios version lenovo 5ckt61aus 2,1.2010 sm bios version 2.5
intel chipset q45/q43
southbridge 82801jb(ich10)
package socket 775 LGA
im just trying to give any info on my specs/motherboard that may help
