My Nvidia Control Panel is missing the option to select a graphics card

I re installed my GPU (Nvidia GeForce GTX 960) and my PC selected my CPU graphics over my GPU and to change it i need this option. If anyone knows the fix or what im doing wrong it would help immensely. Thanks for your time! Heres a sceenshot:

Its under display adapters. I've re seated it before
