Looking for assistance in a build I'm currently working on, not sure how to go about cooling my system or if my case could even handle the current fan i'm looking at. I am under no budgets, also not looking for 4k resolution gameplay.

Motherboard - ASUS Sabertooth Z97 ATX
CPU - Intel I7 4790k
GPU - ASUS GTX 980 4GB
Case - Rosewill THOR ATX Full Tower
PSU - Corsair 750W
RAM - Corsair Pro 16GB DDR3 1866
SSD - Crucial MX100 256GB Sata 3
HD - Seagate 1TB HD
CPU Fan/heatsink - Noctua NH-D14 120MM/140MM

What I'm wondering is:

Does everything work properly in conjunction together? Not making any mistakes that is going to cause hardware problems?

Will the Noctua clear everything in the case with both the GTX and the Ram sticks? The reviews I checked claimed that the Noctua has a hard time fitting in lots of cases, however the case I posted in a full ATX, hoping I can avoid that.

Also would like to know of any other cases that would be a better choice that the one I listed. I listed the case mainly because of the preinstalled fans and the cooling rewards that it was given.

The rig will be used for high end gaming, And I have a week or two before I will be ordering parts. Would love feedback and assistance on the few things I asked and anything anyone can bring to my attention or would like to direct me towards. Thanks!

Solution
For 4K gaming.
Nothing on the inside of the case will ever be seen and this would give the exact performance as the parts you picked but added the 980ti with plenty of power to add another when needed. The motherboard has good spacing for running 2 cards .

No the CPU cooler will not clear the ram and might not clear the heatsinks on that board. and with no budget get a 980ti SLI set up for 4K gaming or at the least one with enough power to add another when you can afford it.
Also dump that power supply if it's a CX or RM series.

Not yet going to invest into 4k gaming (I currently do not have a 4k monitor or the monitor set up). I might switch into a single GTX 980 Ti however.

If the CPU cooler won't clear the RAM or the Heatsinks, do you have a specific CPU Cooler that I can use for the current mobo that I am using?

You can spend less money on the internal looks of the PC and put that money into the actual performance of the PC when you close the side of the case nobody will ever see what is on the inside.
If you going to game in 4K with high settings and good FPS you will need SLI 980ti's

I agree with that, The looks of the case and the inside of the case won't matter. But I'm specifically looking at cooling the CPU with this build, and if the CPU Cooler will not fit then I'm curious on what other CPU Cooler should I throw my money at that will be able to Cool the I7 under heavy loads.

 Thank you, Do you prefer any other cases that would benefit me more in any areas? I only selected that case due to the air flow and preinstalled fans as mentioned above. If you prefer any other cases, I'm all ears. And thank you for your help!
