My current CPU fan is extremely loud, and doesn't help my situation (I'm trying to get into the livestreaming/recording area and it tends to create a lot of ambiance in the background.) And by extremely loud, i mean, i can hear it from my basement loud and clear XD
Anyway, the one i have now is just the default cpu fan and heatsink that comes with the A10-7870K, and im looking for suggestions and/or db suggestions, thanks

Look into noctua as they have the most silent cpu coolers out there and very good ones on the tower types heatsink. or you could adjust your fan curve to lower usually 1600rpm to 1800rpm is not that audible and still good for cooling. Keep in mind adjusting this as it depends on ambient temps in your are as higher ambient the faster the cpu or gpu gets hot when on load.

I got an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro when they were on sale for $20 for my AMD FX 4170, which had a very, extremely loud stock fan, just like yours. It's quieter than the rest of my case fans and knocked down my idle temperatures by about 10c. They're selling on Newegg and Amazon for like $25 right now, if you don't want to spend big bucks on Noctua stuff.
