This is normal for a gaming load. If the GPU is at 100% all the time it means that the full potential is being exploited and it cannot perform any better. If you see this, it is a good sing and it means you have extra headroom for cranking the settings up or running more demanding games with good FPS.

Update me on the situation if you need any more help and I'll be glad to help.

Thats not a PSU we like to see in gaming systems. Yes, they were priced nice and low. Unfortunately, they used cheap capacitors in those Corsair CX units, and we see some of them dying as soon as 6 months after they are bought. Far too many dying by the end of their first year, and it does not get better after that.

So it may be possible this is a factor. When the capacitors start going, you could get anything from random errors, BSOD, random reboots, or just lockups. Or any combination of those.

I am now sitting here wondering if the power supply might be surging its power, which is causing the GPU to surge. I cannot prove that to be the case from here. And its almost certain that you would not have the right testing tools to verify that it was doing that either.

A high quality 600 watt power supply would be enough power. If you have a friend that would be willing to let you plug their power supply into your system long enough to play some games, it might answer the concerns I have with that PSU.
