Zotac GTX960 (non amp) or MSI GTX 960 Tiger 2GB 128Bit DDR5

Hello im planning to build a budget pc and i dont know which is better..the zotac or the msi (will add $22 for it). Is it worth to add?

And btw will corsair vs450 can support the i3 4170 and a gtx960 or should i go with the vs550?

Definitely go for a 4GB version of the 960 and don't listen to the people who say it doesn't have enough bandwidth blah, blah, blah... Anyway, the MSI GTX 960 Gaming 4G is pretty much the best 960 you can get, so that is what I would recommend.

Also, I'd get the 550 Watt version of the power supply just to give yourself some headroom.

Im on a budget right now so i cant afford the 4gb and btw I'm from the Philippines so im expecting the components here are much more expensive than US so if i go to 4gb i will add around 70$ for that..And if i stay at 2gb version can I get a 60fps on AAA games on med-high settings? Thanks :)

2GB really isn't enough nowadays, and that isn't going to get any better. If I were you, I would wait a couple of weeks to save up the extra ~$70 for the 4GB card, as that's really a much better option than any 2GB card.
