If I am cross-firing two graphics card or even SLI how do I know how much wattage I need for both GFX cards? Should I just double the recommended amount? Lets use a R9 270x for example, it uses a minimum of a 500W supply, if I wanted to cross-fire that would I need 1000W's. How do I calculate it?

At first cross-fire R9 270 is not worthy effort better performance give you single R9 280/x or R9 290/x.
