Hello everybody! I bought a asrock z97 extreme4 motherboard with a i7 4790 cpu, I have a chieftech 600w and a futy black ddr3 4gb ram. When I plug these togeather and turn on the pc, the fans starts to run, but the monitor screen remains black. Everything is brand new, the cpu works in other pc, the monitor too, I just unboxed the ATX and the ram, so what could be the problem? I tried to plug in the speaker for bios every way possible but it wont give any beep after I turn on the pc.

Check parts in the following order by using it with other PC , also clarify some doubts about your problem
1. monitor cable (Does the monitor turn on and remains in standby or is it basically turned on but displaying color black)
2. Is the hard drive reading data(There is an led for hard drive status too ,is it blinking )
can you give a screenshot of the monitor if you cant explain well my questions , also the motherboard with all plugged in , maybe you forgot to place some wires.
