The Seasonic Eco 430 will work for you. It has enough power and the PCIe cable needed for Asus Strix GTX 960 power. I did not find it at snapdeal or theitdepot so flipkart is the place to buy it. It's a good quality choice.

That's up to you. It is a drop in quality. If it was me I'd buy the Seasonic. The power supply is the most important component in a computer.

I highly recommend a good quality psu too and would pay extra money for it. The components in your rig will last longer and should be able to work better under stress. The fans are probably better too. Think about that. All components like motherboard and your graphics card are directly wired to the psu.
