Do you have an OS that can be re-installed on a new motherboard?

I'm guessing that you are not in the USA, so prices and availability may be very different.

Ok so I ordered the parts and I saw the gpu needs 500 Watts & 33 Amps. Not really good at these sort of things can my PSU handle the new card?

I think that you are mistaken. The GPU https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/STRIXR7370DC2OC4GD5GAMING/specifications/ uses no more than about 150W at peak, and has about a 17A load on the 12 volt rail. If it needed more, it would also need more than a single PCI-e connector.

That PSU you have is less robust that I would like, and any high-performance use is going to hasten its demise, but it will run the card I suggested.
