I'll just be straight forward. Im trying to set up a WiFi network from a house to another house and 20m ( around 65ft ) space inbetween. I already decided that i will put the router on the outside of the first house and try to put an extender on the outside of the second house. Now currently i have tp-link tl-wr743nd 150mbs. The problem im facing right now is should i get a wifi extender or a better router? I currently have a chance to get a cisco linkisys E4200 for around 45$. So whats your advice to try to set this up as good as possible. Thank you for all the help and advice.

If you want it to "just work" then buy purpose built hardware for the job. Get a pair of Engenius outdoor wireless bridges like these -- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833168114 They are intended to be outdoors, and they will just work. Get an access point for inside the remote house to provide connectivity.
