how to record using fraps on minecraft without massive frame drops

So lately i wanted to record minecraft using fraps but whenever i record i get massive frame drops,When i don't record the fps is atleast 60 or higher.
Here are my computer specs
Inetal(R) Core(TM) i5-4460T CPU @ 1.90GHz 1.90 GHz
8.00 GB
64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor
Here is my Graphic card
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

you don't have a real graphics card so recording gameplay is simply out of the question.
Recording software is all very CPU intensive, and you're using integrated graphics, that's graphics provided by the CPU. If you had a dedicated graphics card recording "could" be possible, but it's unlikely because you still have a very weak laptop.
