i have dell inspiron 3542, i7 4510u 3.1ghz, gt 840m 2gb. i have ordinary 2x4gb 1600mhz ram memory. would be diference if i put 2x4 2133mhz kingstone hyperx?

No because faster speed than stock 1600 requires ocing and you can't oc a laptop. The bios is all locked. Also as said it makes pretty much no difference because you have a discrete gpu with its own vram.
