Computers shutting down in new Internet Cyber Cafe

Hello guys,
I recently started working on a new Cyber Cafe.
Computers randomly shutting down all the time.
The boss told me we have 30 euro 650watts PSUs . Inter-tech Nitrox something..
Could this be the reason for PCs shutting down... ?

Make sure the computer is not overheating. where do you have the towers placed? are they out in the open or in a cabinet tucked away?

they are not overheating.
we are using NZXT s340 , GTX 750 ti, amd fx 8320.
We are checking the temperatures and they dont go more than 50 celsius.
The towers are on the desks on the open

You're using FX-8320's in some tins that call themselves PSU's and expect them to run smoothly? The CPU itself consumes 125W of power.

Get some real PSU's. Those things are obviously of abysmal quality. I'd not be surprised if they're actually of 220 watts.
