installed new graphics card and powersupply but only getting no sig

Yesterday i replaced my graphics card with a XFX Radeon HD 6750 HD-675X-ZMFR 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP and a new 600w power supply ... but i got the graphics card from a friend butbit was never used well he dident have the driver disk for it and all im getting is a no signal on my monitor ... do you think the no signal is because no drivers??? And if so is there a way for me to do it without having the disk

Make sure the card is fully seated and that you've connected the PCIe power cables to the card and that it's FULLY seated.

What is the model number of the new power supply?

Does it go to no signal instantly or is there a display at first and then it goes to the no signal?
