Computer beeps three times

I have a dell inspiron 3520 and when I start it up the screen is black and beeps three times at me. What do I do?

WARNING! WARNING! YOUR CRAPTOP MOTHERBOARD FROM CHINA FAILED!!!

Anyways, 3 beeps mean the motherboard failed, it was probably a generic motherboard anyway.
