I have recently replaced the GPU, CPU Cooler, PSU and Case to my computer build. My problem is that my computer is making a high pitched noise. The noise is always there EVEN when my computer is turned off. It only turns off if I turn off the PSU. I disconnected the 24-pin from the Motherboard and the noise has stopped (My PSU is still on at this point). So can I safely say the noise is not coming from the PSU?
Is there any solutions as to where the noise might be coming from and how I can fix it? any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
