I would be using my pc and put it to sleep or have it go to sleep itself. I leave to go somewhere, come back and hit the mouse. It wakes up from sleep how it normally would but nothing displays on screen. I then hear the fans change speed and the beep when you first start the pc and it restarts. When I go back into windows it said it recovered from an unexpected shutdown and says it was a bsod even though it didn't display. This happened about 3 times and then today I started playing Saints Row 4. As soon as the game started the screen froze and then restarted like it did before. I think it may be caused by the gpu as the bsod doesn't display and the screen just freezes, but it may also be the psu or something else.

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 Ghz
Xfx Nforce 780i sli
3x2 gb ddr2 ram @ 800 MHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 470
500 gb hdd 7200 rpm
300 gb hdd 7200 rpm
1010 watt psu

That problem occurs if you leave an iPhone, iPod, iPad plugged in before putting your computer into sleep mode.

Unplug your webcam mic and headset then plug in your webcam then use your computer for some time then shut it down, if you come across a BSOD after waking then you know its bad, otherwise, plug in your microphone while keeping your webcam plugged in then use the computer for some time, if you come across a BSOD after waking then you know they are conflicting or the microphone might not want power from a computer, If the mic is attached to the headset can plug in the audio in and audio out cables in and use external power if it uses USB for power by using an USB phone charger to power it otherwise, plug in your microphone while keeping your webcam plugged in and your mic or headset/mic then use the computer for some time, if you come across a BSOD after waking then you know its bad or conflicting with something, otherwise try reflashing/updating your BIOS

Ok so I tried to do that and couldnt even get into windows. I logged in and the screen went black and it just restarted. This is probably not a usb device problem by the looks of it.

Go to C:Windows or C:\Windows\System32 for a MEMORY.DMP file and give it to me.

Try downloading the ubuntu iso 64bit or 32 bit image http:// and make a bootable usb out of it using unetbootin and selecting your iso and your usb drive then booting your computer from it, choose try ubuntu without installing in the unetbootin menu then go to the folders i mentioned earlier then upload the file on a website so i can view it for debugging.

Use something like TinyUpload if the file for a memory dump is 100MB or less, if its higher than 100MB then sign up for mediafire and upload there or upload to your cloud storage then send me a link to your cloud storage (r o o k i e d e v a n d h a c k e r @ g m a i l . c o m for email to send to.)
