i changed your cpu to an i3 because it is good enough for your budget and wont bottleneck a r9 280. also has much less heat and much lower power consumption. Here is a chart.

I changed the ram because it is better quality for less money with the ripjaws x series.

i selected the r9 280 because it is a stronger card

on a side note i meant the fx-8320 stock cooler isnt sufficient for the chip if you plan to overclock. it also has a noisy fan. The chip performs a lot better with an aftermarket cooler.
no, too many issues.

-fx-8320 is too much power for your budget
-you have no aftermarket cpu cooler which you will need for a amd fx series processor.
-low quality ram
-low quality psu
-limiting yourself to one online vendor is just hurting you.

I took the build from this video : http://youtu.be/O_15dUbpaOA
Obviously the guy knows what he's talking about. I only changed the motherboard in my build. His was MSI 760GMA-P34.. Also the CPU cooler is included with the CPU.I also forgot to mention that this build is for gaming on WoW and I'd like to be able to play on high/ultra settings. I am kinda new to custom PCs so.. :) please answer quickly
