Hi Guys!

I currently have purchased the motherboard above and am now trying to work out which ram i can use in it. I currently have 2 DDR3 both at 4GB each. Would these be able to be used with this mobo? Any help appreciated :)

More than likely, as long as you have them, give them a try ;) If they are slower (i.e. 1066/1333 or slower) might not be happy performance wise, but should work. What CPU and we can suggest appropriate speeds/data rates

How would i find out the speed? I think they're 1600mhz, at least thats what i see! They'll be coming out of my current X51 R1 version. The CPU will be Intel i7 3770 @3.40GHz.

I'll just buy ram if it would be better that way :)

Install the DRAM..........power up the rig and start tapping the delete key which shoul;ld take you into the BIOS, there will be an advanced page you can go to, in it there should be an entry for DRAM frequency or the like, it will be on Auto, set to XMP
