Wired connection working but phone and laptop not connecting to wifi

The wired connection on our desktop is working great but when I try to connect on my laptop it shows the network but will say no internet access and when I try on my phone it also shows the network but just thinks and thinks and will never actually connect. Please help!

might be your laptop and phone has an older style antenna. Could be your router is set to n or ac only signal when i should be set to accept n/b/g. Would have to go to your router setting and see what your wireless broadcast signal is set to. Also its better to set to 2.4 Ghz band if its currently set to 5Ghz since all devices should accept 2.4. Set signal to be compatible with your devices. Also check your router to make sure the antenna is screwed in. And when in your router set your own username and password if not already done.
