I have in my build amd fx 8120 cpu, asus m5a99x r2.0 mobo, evga gtx 970 ftw gpu, corsair cx750m power supply, 8 gb of gskill rip jaw ram, 1 tb wd blue hdd, coolermaster cpu water cooler, 3 stock case fans, and 2 cooler master sickle flow fans, running on windows 10 home. Now my issue is that say i leave my room for 10-20 minutes my computer goes to sleep, I come back shake the mouse and continue what i was doing, opera becomes almost unresponsive even with internet connectivity, windows home button becomes laggy and unresponsive for proper restart, mouse works when it feels like it. What do i do? how do i fix? all temps are ideal positions with the gpu raising to mid 50s when i dont have fans engaged. Thanks for your time and help!

Check your power profile. Maybe check what devices can wake your PC, sometimes they can be set to the weirdest thing. Check that your RAM is seated properly, and all 8gb of it is showing in your hardware profile. That's where I would start, with the easy stuff :p

Well i deleted opera and changed my sleep settings to never, i mean realistically if i know i wont be home i wont leave the computer on. My ram is all situated properly and working, power is working great, i switched to chrome and it seems to be working although my mouse is still laggy but its a crappy 15 dollar wireless mouse. If problems consist after using these solutions ill post back. Thank you!

Issue is still continuing to happen, after not using the mouse for a period of time pc wont allow me to even click on icons. I.e. windows start menu and if it does i cant select anything from the menu. The arrow will move but it seems as tho selecting things wont work. And youtube buffers during this time as well. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also this is my first pc build.
