Hello everyone, I used this site just over a year ago to successfully fix up some problems with my first computer build and now I've helped several friends with their own builds. My girlfriend now wants to join the party and asked me to help her out. We've gone through the selection process together but now we want to make sure that we're getting the best bang for our buck. I really appreciate any and all help!

Approximate Purchase Date: By the end of September

Budget Range: $900-$1200 (Preferably closer to $1100)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, School work, surfing, photography

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Everything (New build)

Do you need to buy OS: Yes. We'd like Windows 7

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Amazon, and Canada Computers

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences: Looking to build an AMD machine

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Common Games: Civ 5, Crusader Kings, WoW, Europa Universalis 4, Skyrim, Hearthstone, Fallout 4

She'd also like an SD card reader.

This is the part list that I have so far:

pushes the budget but stronger cpu , stronger graphics card , stronger power supply

Win 8.1 is cheaper and since you will want the Win 10 upgrade anyway it saves youyu $10
