Using Old Graphics Card with New One

I currently use a HD Radeon 6570 with a dual monitor setup. I wanted to have a three monitor setup, so I found an old X1300 graphics card. I know I can't crossfire them, I just want a third monitor. The problem is that AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 does not support the X1300. Windows recognizes the graphics card, but in device manager it shows a yellow triangle beside it. Nothing shows up on my third monitor connected to the X1300 too. So I am wondering is there any way to make the old graphic card work alongside my Radeon HD 6570. It is probably worth noting that I am running on Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks!

All drivers I found lead to a legacy version of Amd catalyst. Windows loads a generic driver but it still does not work.

If you want to go to the trouble, you could remove the new card. Then install just the old card in the first PCIe x16 slot and see if it is recognized at boot. I.E. see if the POST screen displays a picture with the old card before the OS loads.
What motherboard do you have? What PSU?
