Hey guys,

My modem has been losing internet lately. The US/DS light keeps blinking then becomes stable at a random time. I exchanged my modem after my first one had the same problem and it started happening after a week.

If you guys need more info from my log just ask

Solution
Comcast recently upgraded speeds for many customers. The automatic firmware upgrades crippled many Wireless gateways. Support usually factory resets the struggling WGs and re-provisions them. This solves the intermittency about 70% of the time. The rest are given instructions to swap the things at a branch. Use the pinhole reset for more than 15 seconds and see if the problem persists. The same firmware update that effected your first WG is crippling the second. Hopefully over time CC will get the updates sorted out.
