Intel Core i5 4690K Cinebench 11.5 score lower than it should be?

My Core i5 4690K scores 7.70 points on the multicore CPU test when running at 4.6GHz. I thought that score was probably accurate until I saw bit-tech's benchmark results for a 4670K at 4.6GHz and it scored 8.39. I also took note of a 4690K at 4.8GHz scoring even less than the 4670K at 4.6GHz. The 4690K only scored 8.05 at 4.8GHz. So I think something has to be wrong somewhere. Why can't mine score 8.39? Also why is the slower 4670K scoring so much higher than the 200MHz faster 4690K? I do have slower RAM at 1333MHz vs bit tech's 1866MHz RAM. So I thought maybe if I had faster RAM it would score higher. I overclocked my RAM to 1600MHz and adjusted the timings to 9-9-9-24 but still I scored no higher. Here is a link to the site I'm talking about. http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2014/07/03/intel-core-i5-4690k-review/6

Solution
At first they used clean system for tests, * if make test after fresh clean install you will get more points :)
Second faster rams give advantage in synthetic tests, but anyway they have to high score maybe they use modified version, or they used not patched Windows 8* can shift time ;)

Ups you using Windows 10 he have problem with calculating corect time ;)
