Updating bios with unsupported cpu that needs an updated bios to run?

Hi, i was wondering if the ASRock H81M-HDS motherboard will support an i5 4590 "enough" to update the bios to the required p1.60 needed to fully support the processor. That is to say, if i were to buy both of these parts, and use them together, will I be able to update the bios?

I am not speculating the update. The ASRock H81M-HDS needs a p1.60 bios update for the i5 4590. My question is, will the computer boot up with the i5 4590 so i can update the bios to p1.60
