Tips on cleaning computer case (Phantom 530)?

I own a Red Phantom 530.

At this point, it has gotten a few minor scratches, hand prints, marks and a tiny bit of stains. And like other computers, lots of dust has built in inside. Because of that I plan to deep clean it in the future. I also plan on upgrading my hardware next year, so I thought that would be a good time to do it, as i'll have to take out my current hardware anyway.

So from anyone that happens to know the exact material of this case...
Is there any advice you could give on going about this?. I hope I'd be able to remove those scratches and such that I mentioned. Is there specific types of products I should use?

The only things I could think to do so far is to wipe the outside with rubbing alcohol, and use a air can to spray all the dust. At first I was dumb enough to think about hosing or dumping water in and out on it (without the hardware inside of course!!!!) until I remembered the fans (though I could remove them too), USB and microphone ports on the case etc and I'm not sure if its possible to remove the fan controller circuit board.

Advice form anyone who's done a good amount of Case cleaning would help, but would be great if someone has got rid the mentioned kind of filth on a phantom 530, or at least knew better ways to give it a big clean.

Well, if you're going to deep clean it then just take all the hardware out (Mobo, GPU, and HDD's & SSD's only), then just spray the shit out of it with compressed air. Then get a damp/wet cloth and then wipe down everything to get rid of the extra dust. No need for alcohol, unless something won't come off. It doesn't need to be that clean, just the dust needs to be gone.

After cleaning the case just blow the compressed air on dusty parts of the motherboard. Also, spray the CPU and possibly GPU (if you can) heatsinks.

If you want to clean the fans, take them off as well and just wipe it with the damp cloth.

After you clean your case, blow some compressed air into the system every 2 weeks or so.

Thank you, that was pretty helpful.

Do you have any advice on removing or helping hide those scratches, and little marks on the outside where the material is a kind of plastic? I thought there might of been a certain kind of polish that I could use for that.
