I'm looking forward in helping my cousin to find the right laptop for him and I want to make sure he gets the best of the best, for the price of course; 250$.
I know it sounds a bit too demanding, but if possible, here is a list of what "he wants" in a laptop:
- very "sexy" appearance (metal exterior) black/silver
- 11.5 inches
- any brand of course
- intel processor (2.16 ghz or higher)
- any size storage/SSD if possible
- good looking
- small borders
- fast
- for gaming like indie games such as minecraft (playable fps with normal settings)
- slim
- "GOOD LOOKING" -my cousin
- and most importantly...not really, a DVD drive

P.S: He's not a computer expert and hardly knows what he wants in a laptop but if anyone can find a laptop/notebook with similar specs it would be great! :D

In that price range you are basically looking at a laptop with an Intel Bay Trail generation Atom CPU. You will not find a DVD drive in a 11.6" laptop. It will also have 2GB of RAM and limited storage; typically about 32GB of eMMC storage which is solid state, but not much faster than a 5400RPM hard drive. The HP Stream 11 is an example.

I recommend you consider a used Dell Inspiron 11 3000 for $277 which has a Core i3-4010u CPU and the integrated Intel HD 4400 GPU. It is much more powerful than the Bay Trail Atom CPU in low cost laptops like the HP Stream 11...
I am confused as to what you want.

Do you want a gaming machine which is barely possible at this price range or a workstation? Both are not possible in my opinion and a desktop is better. SSDs I don't think you will be able to get in a laptop this low price. Appearance is subjective so I can't judge. I really would recommend saving up as the things you want are very rare in a laptop in this price range.

I doubt that will be too possible as you will need a separate graphics card if you are playing Minecraft , as its such a big game , coding wise , it will be as if you are breaking your processor in half
