Transfer installations from disk to ISO

Hey guys... recently i found myself full of windows install and repair disks which get hard to keep.
Im looking for a way to make iso image of every install disk so i can later put them all into 1 external drive and when i need to reinstall a pc to just move the correct iso to a flash drive for install. The thing is those are all OEM installs and ive never done something like this before.
Its mostly win 7 and win xp OS
My question is if those CD`s are somehow copy-protected and what software will you recommend me to use for this (if its possible)

Solution
I' pretty sure that Windows installation disks are never copy-protected (they deal with the copying problem in a different way). Any ISO creating software (e.g. ImgBurn) should do the job.

You can copy any (non-protected) CD/DVD to an ISO file in this way. I don't think there are many copy-protected disks nowadays, apart possibly from games.

Note that you can't just copu an ISO to a flash drive; you'll need to do a little more work to make it bootable (CDs boot in a different way from hard disks) but there are several solutions available.

Ye i know... ive used Novicorp wintoflash on several ocasions just never really moved windows from the original disk to f.e. external drive and i wasnt sure if it will work. Anyways im off to calculate approximate space i will need for all the ISO`s
