Hey so I picked up a 290 Tri-X OC and overclocked it even more I was surprised I managed this with a Thermaltake SMART Series 650w psu here's my settings:
Core Voltage: +50mv
Power Limit: +20%
Core Clock: 1135
Memory Clock: 1400
Min Temp: 46c-47c Idle
Max Temp: 65c-78c underload
Should I try to push for more or keep it like that? If so what settings do you recommend I try?

Yup, played a few games for a few hours ACU, Tomb Raider and Crysis 3,ran 3dmark Firestrike about 15 times and some Heaven Benchmark. It's running stable I actually had the Memory Clock at 1600 stable in games but tearing on the desktop so I slowly lowered it by 50 until I got stable at 1400 with no desktop tearing.
