I have SMCWBR14S-N4 its deafual ip address is missing, its not showing. what to do with this

If someone changed the IP address the router uses and it does not work properly your only real option is to factory reset it. There is a switch on the back if you hold it will reset it everything as default. You would have to check the manual if you do not know what the factory ip/userid/password are.
