I'm new to PC hardware. What graphics card is the better deal and what one deliver better performance?

1. Radeon R7 240 4GB Core Edition Video Card - 82$

The 260X beats all of those, it's at least 2x more powerful than a 250, let alone a 240. The 250 is a rebranded 7730 with OC, the 260X is a rebranded 7790 with OC too.

Forget the VRAM, the 4GB on those four cards is a) a waste and b) DDR3 that's way slower than the GDDR5 on the 260X.
