Unable to access some websites on only my computer

Good day! Recently, I am unable to access websites like nba.com or ign.com on both Chrome and Firefox on my PC but I am able to browse those websites using other devices on my network like my laptop and my iPad. "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" is the error I get on Chrome and "The connection was reset" on Firefox. I am using Avira and Malwarebytes for security and my system is clean. Please help me. Thanks.

It partially helped me! I was able to access nba.com now so thanks! ign.com really only seems to work when I use tunnelbear vpn. If you have any more ideas, I am up to try them. Thanks again.
