well as for brands i do like asus and msi, personally i would look and see if the gigabyte one is less than both as well. if the gigabyte one is more than definitely go for msi. i have never had a problem with anything msi. thats just my opinion though! not facts lol. The asus one does have a slightly higher overclock on it but you can always do that yourself as well with msi afterburner. but dont do it without knowing exactly what you are doing! and finally for it fitting into the case do you have the drive cages in it? or did you take them out? because taking them out frees up alot of space in the case. make sure the card length is less than the 430mm your case specifies,
