I have a sound card but I don't know its name. There is some text in the back of it that says "Nilox" and that's all. I've placed it in my PC. What should I do in order to put it to work ? Do I need to install any drivers, and if so can you tell me what ? Or is it okay and doesn't need anything ?

Got to the Windows Device Manger and look for it under sound devices. It either has a yellow exclamation mark (needs driver) or works out of the box. Found the drivers here: http://www.nilox.com/it/schede-audio/scheda-audio-pci-6-canali

If your sound is working then Windows has managed to supply a compatible driver so you needn't do anything.
However, if sound is not working and Device Manager shows an unknown multimedia device (yellow question-mark) you need to download & install the driver package from that sound card manufacturer's website:
