Computer not starting as it resets on own

Someone please help me this started a long time ago
While i was using my pc it restarted on its own by restart i mean reset (suddenly screen went off then pc started again ) the problem started becoming more frequent later and now whenever i start computer resets while booting into system so i cant even start the system
i tried diagnosing it by changing the PSU still no benifit
I noticed one thing comp dosent resets while its in BIOS only happens when it is booting someone please help me :(
i have windows 8.1 on my system

The issue isn't hardware related, it's rather a problem with your Windows. There is a similar problem if you reset your computer while it starts the "startup repair" (it will constantly restart and try to update for no reason). So basically you'll have to find your Windows DVD and refresh your OS, if it doesn't work, you'll have to reset it.

try gong into your bios and looking at the boot order. I had this problem once with windows 8.1 where it was booting off of an error code and not the acual drive and when i switched the boot order it solved it.

@nooneisback when i tried taking a backup this time my pc isnt starting at all
When i start the pc screen stays black sometimes on starting the power button system starts but screen stays black and suddenly system switches off and starts again on its own
