I have $1030.31 exactly and I can't spend anymore than that. I want to build a computer, for that price. On that computer I want to be able to game doesn't have to get 60 fps maxed out. But, I want it to be a little decent. I would like it to include windows, a monitor, wireless network adapter, and the Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Gaming Bundle Wired Gaming Keyboard w/Optical Mouse.

Not possible. Getting rid of the SSD would only save you $60. You could use that money and upgrade to an R9-280X or R9-285 but if you need a monitor that's definitely out of the question.
