I have bought a used Msi radeon off ebay that just came in the mail. my first real gpu of a custom build. (I've always only owned pretty cheap laptops). A buddy of mine was over and wanted to check it out. we grounded ourselves when we were looking at it but when he went to give it back to me, my index finger shocked the crap out of the back. I'm pretty bummed out because the seller offers no returns and it wasn't free. I'll be able to check it when the rest of my build comes in around Thursday - Friday. Do you think i killed it? Do you think i could send it back if it doesn't work? Anyway lesson learned on handling these parts.

Solution
Maybe yes, maybe not. This already happened to my with 3 motherboards (yep) 2 of them had nothing ( I even use one now), but the 3rd one had its integrated GPU burned to crisp, so try it out and keep your fingers crossed.
