I'm sorry to bother in this forum, but it's one of the most complete places I know.
I just changed the RAM of my computer and I've been suffering a crash in which my computer freezes and some horizontal stripes appear in the screen.
I'm not sure what's going on, some people say its a GPU problem, and others about Hz configuration of the Memory.

My notebook specifics.
Acer Aspire E1-410G.
Intel Pentium quad core N3520 (2mb cache, 2.42GHz).
NVIDIA GEFORCE 820m.
INTEL HD4000

Old RAM chip is ADATA 4GB DDR3L (4GB total).
New RAM chips are 2 CRUCIAL 4GB DDR3 1.35V (8GB total).

I'm not sure how to upload a picture here, buy I can link you the forum of Acer, where I have already asked and nobody answers.

Then I think you know what your problem is. Try loosening the RAM timings, that should solve it. Check that it's running at stock and isn't auto overclocked. Download CPU-Z, check under the SPD Tab which will show you your stock Ram Timings. Then go to the Bios and see what it's set to and accordingly change it.
